The pinch valve seal, which closes the passageway by air drive in pinch valves, returns to its original position when the air drive is cut off. The biggest factor to be considered in pinch valve control is that the air drive pressure is minimum 4 bar maximum 8 bar and the air drive pressure is always at least 30% higher than the fluid pressure passing through the valve. The gasket optimally adjusts compression and recovery thanks to its internal chemical structure. They are preferred with their compact structure, low maintenance cost and easy assembly. VF-PNV100 series aluminum casting body flanged pinch valves offer the possibility of mounting the direction control valve on the body, which can control the air drive thanks to the Namur connection they have on them.
